HOUSE No. 01 is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom residence. It utilizes typical building methods and materials used today. The low-hipped roof, simple volumes and stacked form all help make it a more cost-effective approach.

In HOUSE No. 01, a landing spot holds two vehicles. Enter through a private entrance or guest entrance for kitchen access. The private entrance features a hallway that ends in light with several storage opportunities and seating. This entrance is near the primary suite and circulation to the second level. An open kitchen, dining and living areas serve as a space for family and friends to gather.

As we have found, time and budget can be a constraint for many clients and this house can be a great solution.
