The project’s mission is to improve health and well-being by providing a safe space for high-quality, nonjudgmental sexual health care in support of the region’s patients, team members, and community.

The projects goals are: On brand, Modern, Energy efficient:

• Building to express healthcare access, equity, dignity, education, hospitality, cleanliness, and security

• 30-year lifespan without significant renovation

• Durable and maintainable exterior materials

• Maximize natural light balanced with security/privacy/energy

• Artwork, signage, and furnishings to have branded look

• Maximize use of cabinetry in all patient areas for clean visuals
